Roll Off Trailer -Sliding Suspension-Ace

Ace is re-introducing our sliding suspension on our Ace Roll Off Trailers. This feature allows the user to have a shorter length of trailer for maneuverability and utilize the 80,000 GVW Rating. The customer in Tennessee is performing a long-distance haul, roughly 150 miles round trip. Whereas, the account has a very tight loading area and makes it impossible to fit a larger trailer into the area. This roll off trailer from Ace allows this customer to accommodate the spatial requirements while making it efficient for the high mileage.

Our Ace Sliding Suspension Roll-off Trailer is a combination of our ART-60-25 25′ Roll-off Trailer and our Sliding suspension used on our Ace-B-Train Roll-off Trailers. We added two feet to the overall length for the customer to reach the 80,000 lbs. maximum weight limit. Also with the addition of a third axle, this customer can maximize their hauls.

This combination makes it a perfect trailer for hauling dense 20-50 Cu. yard loads!

The trailer truly shines when payloads cannot be hauled by a standard roll-off truck or short roll-off trailer. Ace’s suspension slides out five feet and uses heavy-duty air-actuated lock pins to keep the suspension in place. Just like the sliding function used on a dry- van trailer. This operation was designed and built with the operator and mechanic in mind. All electrical and air contentions are quick-release fittings for easy removal and assembly when maintenance is required.
